Yelland & Papps Grenache Divine

Sydney good food and wine show (Olympic Park, Homebush, Sydney) : slight oxidised, red berry fruit, spice, vanilla and chocolate hints. In the mouth there are flavours of muted red berry then a meaty almost cheesy quality with spicy notes. The wine is long on the palate thick textured with slight chalky tannins. Big and, perhaps, lacks a little fruit. Hmmm

Toffee and red flower aromas and flavours. Toasty oak. Pass.
