Deep garnet red. Juicy red fruit and oak on the nose, not very forthcoming at time of tasting. A good start with juicy juicy juicy fruit, a short finish with lingering tannins. Definitely needs a few years in the cellar.

Dense color, quite big body, good acidity, but quite harsh and tannic structure - reminds me of Tannat wines from Madiran. The Cinsault from Rall out of the same vintage was really much more elegant. This needs ten years and a bloody steak.
