A "classic" Chianti Classico - old school style (lighter, more acid). Well done and still fresh after 11 years (tasted from a magnum bottle bought at the estate in 2014).

Better than previous tasting. Lighter weight Chianti, but nice cherry fruit, not too acidic at all.
