Served by the glass. Deep dark electric magenta color. Boysenberry jelly, granite, burnt toast, and brown sugar on the nose. Smooth and very dry palate, with great acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish. Impressive blend of Merlot, St. Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This is a terrific QPR. Essentially a German Bordeaux.

In an excellent place at the moment. Very powerful still, smooth with fine tannins and acidity present. Super dark berries with a touch of herbal aromas. Really enjoyed this one.
