Colour is a very pale straw, and quite bright. While pouring this wine into a decanter, I was hit with some white grapes and cinnamon. In the glass, the nose shows melon, butter, and some steeliness. Crisp green apples on the palate, and slightly tart. High acidity. The wine is a demi-sec, but the sweetness really only revealed itself in the finish, as a green apple candy.
