Auch die Säure ist lebendiger/frischer als man es von diesem Produzenten normalerweise kennt. Guter Aperitifwein, würde auch zu Forelle blau gut passen, hatte allerdings Schwierigkeiten gegen den Wildlachs mit Spaghetti und Pesto anzukommen..

Yellow Golden color; on the nose lemon zest, acidity and some "spritz". On the palate it is spicy, with underlying "spritz" and a good acidity balance. Stays "fresh" even after warming up somewhat in the glass and finishes completely dry. This is one of the better bottling of this producer. Wine should hold a few years. Try next bottle in a year or so.

Not bad at all. Paired it with Seafood. Very fruity with slight tint of sweetness. If you like it very dry, then this is not for you. Easy to drink with no bitterness at the finish.

Compared to the Pfaffenberg Pinot Blanc, this one is too sweet for me. As I said to the man presenting the wines: Why do they waste such a great site to produce wines like this: Non-descript, blunt, sweet, made for quick consumption.

feiner, duftig- fruchtiger Riesling. Endlich auch mehr Säure auf dem Gaumen und nicht so brandig, stumpf und fad wie viele der vorhergehenden Weine.
