Attractive petrichor, lime, and cool apple/peach aromas, with some nice pungency and wildness to it. Smells and tastes German. Moderate sweetness, around feinherb level, with terrific fresh acidity and stony minerality, like limeade poured on limestone. Characterful and highly enjoyable wine, and an excellent value.
