A big wine with Kirsch cherry fruit and soft tannins. Warm and spicy that just about keeps in balance. Most agreeable on a chill winter’s evening. 87pts

60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. Dark purple red. Fruity nose (bramble, ripe plum), light liquorice and soft leather, slightly metallic at the edge (Cu). Medium full body, still young, a little peppery, fruit (Blackberry, raspberry, some blackcurrant). Very pleasant, drinking very well.

First of case - promising. A good South Rhone easy-drinking red. Still a bit youthful. Will probably reach peak in a year to 18 months.
