Color amarillo pajizo, brillante y limpio, gruesa lágrima bien abundante. Nariz de buena intensidad con aromas de fruta de hueso y blanca verde, notas herbáceas que se entremezclan con unas ligeras notas minerales bien frescas, agradable en su conjunto y ligero fondo de flores blancas secas y algo de tiza. Pale lemon. Light nose and palate. Light body, medium acidity. Citrus fruits (lime and grapefruit), light green bell pepper. Short Finish. It is a classical, light and simple Loire sauvignon. Good value.

J’apprécie cette cuvée de Pascal Jolivet, premièrement pour sa simplicité, son style racé et sa signature explosive, sur des notes de limettes bien fraîches. Vous aimerez la vibrance et la longueur de ce vin franc, droit et précis. Je trouve que, pour moins de 17$, c’est une aubaine. Parfait à l’apéro, servi sur une salade estivale, voire même avec une viande grillée (rehaussée d’une touche acidulée), c’est le vin passe-partout par excellence. Wines of France Tasting (Binny's, St. Charles) : Pale straw color with a dominating aroma of jalapeno pepper. Herbaceous on the palate too, with more jalapeno notes.

A solid Sauv blanc most of the time, this bottle had a beginnings of a fizz. But we drank it.

Walker Trade Show (Providence) : Ok, solid SB, but still overpriced.
