Nice and light. A lot of flavor came out as it opened up in the glass and some of the sweetness mellowed out. A got a lot of honeysuckle notes and flavors as well as a bit of melon. Went great with both a rich chicken dish and Thai food. Really held up nicely to the Thai food especially.
