Beautiful wine. Can be kept a few more years

Wonderful, Classic White Burgundy. A great lemon streak through this wine that is perfectly in balance. I would enjoy these right now, as the youthful fruit remains but in a slightly more agile fashion. Pure and inviting.

Yellow straw color. Lovely nose. Clean and elegant. Exotic fruits, melon, lime, ripe red apples and a suttle wiff of banana. Som sweet spices, like walking into a bakery og tea store. Citric fruit in taste, m+ acidity but not overpowering taste of gravel, and minerals

Followed over 24 hours. Pours medium straw. The light and airy nose shows white flowers, cold steel, crushed rock, dry hay, cold ceam, pear, a touch of youthful reduction via a slight struck match note, and a touch of custard. The palate is light and elegant with high acid and a somewhat sour finish, which lingers on a candied mint note. Could almost be confused with a Chablis.
