Etienne Sandrin, A Travers Celles, Champagne

Disgorged 3/26/21. All from 2018 (I realize this note is attached to the 2019, but the back label says 2018). Label says no dosage on the back but Extra-Brut on the front. This has ripe fruit aromas in the peach and apple direction. The palate is medium full, plush and somewhat soft, which I attribute to a combination of the 20% Pinot Blanc included in the blend, plus the warm vintage.
