Though always enthused to taste another Grenache, this one is a little disappointing. It started off all right, exhibiting strawberries and red raspberry with some alcohol on the nose, while pouring into the decanter. The first indication for cautioning our optimism was the color which is even lighter than a moderate Pinot Noir.
