Levantine Hill Estate Pinot Noir Levant

Pinot Noir at Moncur (Bistro Moncur, Sydney) : Fruit tea with a little ripe red berry (strawberry) and a touch of almost mint (?). Medium plus intensity acidity, it’s quite savoury on the palate, chalky tannins, wetly enjoyable but lacks fruit. Hmm.
