Lush with vanilla and deep new oak, hints of nutmeg/clove and some mango pineapple creating a very round finish. Very little acid.

This wine showed a luxurious nose with peaches ‘n cream and hints of new cedar. On the palate, this was full-bodied and smooth with buttery herbs, hints of lime, and vanilla, which lingered into the finish. This barrel fermented Chardonnay showed incredible richness and balance.

Really outstanding. If there was such a thing as a white burg with Cali fruit this is it. Nice acid and minerality but with subtle pineapple, apricot and other fun flavors.
