C’est très fin et rafraîchissant, floral, citronné, minéral, eau de roche. Comme pour le chasselas, Damien BG a vraiment réussi ses 21, plein de vigueur et de pureté.

Pineapple, hay, light citrus, red apple, slight oxidation, a nice nose. Med acidity, Med body, Med flavor intensity, Med alcohol, Med finish. Makes me think a bit of savagnin du jura, it s the oxidation. I like the exotic fruit, red apple, citrus, light pepper which lingers nicely. Very nice. …
