Friday Burgundy Cellar Visits - Paul Pernot and Amiot-Servelle (Cote d'Or) : Tasted at the domaine. Black and blue fruits here come across as fun and forward with some rich sweetness that should easily soften. Rounded and fleshy start-to-middle, then more firm on long-ish finish. Cellar at least another year or three. Completely destemmed.
