Medium gold color, clear, white flowers, grass, FLORAl, citrus fruit lime.... acidity is mouth puckering, aromatic but not perfume..grass, lemon and flowers..very light...good summer wine

Medium gold, very aromatic, at first yeasty then apple, nectarine. Medium + acidity upfront making a lip smacking/cheek filling juiciness with red apple, lime zest, yellow raspberry. Decent wine in United Polaris (international business class) transatlantic flight.

Lovely fresh Albariño, that matches the current warm weather perfectly! Aromas of yellow apple, lemon, white asparagus and some grassy tones. The taste has flavours of yellow apple, white peach, mandarin, lemon, wet iron, and lots of white grapefruit (both the acidity and the bitters). Medium straw in the glass, ripe aromatic nose, fruits are juicy with stone fruits, nectarine, yellow apple, apricot, stoney minerality and a hint of salinity. Nice. @unitedpolaris

Fresh and juicy palate, light and uncomplicated, flowers and lime zest, but also a touch of sweet, yellow apple which I find off-putting and out of place in a crisp and young Albariño, slightly weak finish.

Quite SB like but this wine is not at the standard of a SB that I like. This is more like the cheap variety. I find that wines like this one are overly cheap and frankly more even .....cheaply made and quite mass produced. This to me makes it though to produce a good wine. This is not a good wine.

Light straw color. Nose has honey and melon and more fruit than I expected. The contrast on the palate is striking, in a good way. Drier and crisper than the nose suggested. Very nice on its own, delicious with Thanksgiving dinner.

Tasted a 2010 at the store and remembered this 2003 in the back of the cellar. Given the drinking window is really short, I had low expectations. While it wasn't as crisp as the fresh bottle, it was still drinkable. A very dry but robust white. Went well with fresh garden salsa.

Some nice citrusy notes and a fleshy palate. Spoilt by some sulphur flavours - cauliflower, garlic which seemed to increase with time as the citrusy aromas faded. Sealed by screwcap so I think probably careless sulphur management is the issue, probably much more noticeable given the wine is really a bit old for this style.

A bit heavy and brooding, I think, for a white wine. A wee bit, in that respect, like a Napa Sauvignon Blanc. Overall, though, high good (83.5).

Lovely fresh honied apricots on the nose and high floral tones. Highly floral in the palate fresh and minerally and great mouth filling intensity and a touch a pineapple with a limey finish. yum yum! Great way to start the week. Well balanced and long length. This wine has really hit it's stride and I feel has another year of enjoyment in it. This is a good wine to have with oily fish.

We had this with grouper puttanesca (served over orzo) on 3/29/09. It had a very pleasant bouquet of peach, orange honey suckle and baking spice aromas. The palate followed exactly with just a touch of sweetness. It was very pleasant with enough complexity to keep me analyzing it. I liked it a lot. It is a terrific QPR. My wife agreed, but thought it was a little bitter without the food. 89+

A- nose is almost like a muted Sauvignon blanc- some grassiness and grapefruit and a hint of reduction and floral notes. T- Simple but nice. Grapefriut and lime, with a hint of stone fruit. Nothing exciting, but a good refreshing white with nice acidity and good food-friendliness.

Appearance: Pale straw with a thin consistency. Nose: Hints of peach, apple, and melon, with a touch of spice. Floral aromas permeate. Taste: Medium body with lots of dry acidity. A strong taste of citrus. The finish is nice, but a bit short. This wine has a nice nose, but the taste leaves something to be desired.

Pale straw fading to almost colorless. Nice nose, with flowers, minerals, and some richer notes - M says chocolate covered cherries, almost smells sparkling. Crisp, very refreshing, but with nice rounder flavors of pear, pineapple, and peach, maybe a touch of green apple. Eric Solomon imports. Very good to excellent.
