The finest cognac I've ever tasted. Caramel (certainly), light burnt almond, creme brulee, mild vanilla, continuous length and engagement. Rare, bottled in 2007, after 31 yrs in cask. Bottle #20 of 240. Elegant.

Bronze center with red highlights, yellow rim. Butterscotch, wood, spicy, marzipan, green plums, alcohol, pepper, mahogany. Complex, spicy dried tropical fruit, creamy, dry, alcohol, chamomile, tea, baked apples, marzipan, dried citrus, a little greenness. Excellent cognac, 31 years old for this bottling (2007, bottle 70 of 240).
