Over ripe red cherries, over ripe raspberries, dried tarragon, sage and smoked meat on the nose. Medium intensity of aromas. Fruitier on the palate with over ripe plums, ripe red currants, mint, bitter herbs and salt/salato. Medium + intensity of flavors. Reading that back, it makes this sound better than it really was.
