J.M. Sohler Pinot Noir Les Terrasses

Tasted at Ten Restaurant, Toronto 2017 J. M. Sohler Les Terrasses Pinot Noir showed an elegant interplay among salty minerals, fresh red fruits and refreshing acidity. The youthful Alsatian Pinot Noir was clear and pale ruby in colour, with youthful aromatics of tart red cherries, raspberries and licorice. The mouthfeel was dry and medium-light bodied with medium-high level of refreshing acidity. The rather long aftertaste was filled with salty minerals, tart red berries and cherries.
