A very good desser wine, could also be drank by itself as a dessert, due to richness in body and flavour. It is quite motuh filling. Extremely dark red/purple color. Both in the nose and the mouth the dried apricots and candied fruits are predominant, with hints of berries. However the ending is never to sweet nor flat due to some good minerality. Long finish, you real pleasure to drink, every sip is an explosure of flavour, just be careful …

Quicknote A lot of body on this, getting the "greennes that I come to know from this producer. A hint of orange aswell.

Bought on an impulse by the Mrs. Happily :-) Very dark red, intense and very complex aromas - I can pick out apricots, nuts, chocolate/mocca, blackberries, minerals.... Mouth filling structure, juicy and fresh with tickling acids. Long lasting, spicy finish with blackberries and blueberries. What a great surprise this was, this wine is a dessert in itself.

Italy's III Sweet wines fair (Zola Predosa (Bo) - Villa Garagnani) : Intense purple red, with strawberry rim. Medium intense and medium complex, but fine: FRUITY: cherry. Very well balanced in mouth, between sweetness, acidity and minerals. Very fine at taste, with chewy fruit. Very nice, sufficient at nose. 14%. AiS 85/90; Concorso 85/90
