Sommelier Training - Reds (Cesena) : Deep ruby red. Very complex, variegated at nose: red fruits, underwood and spicy notes of Tobacco and coffee. Less mature and elegant at taste, with a young binding tannin, yet balancing alcohol. Will be better in a couple of years. Closing on liquorice notes.
