In a character more light red wine than pink. It is made the whole from blend of 3 red and 3 white grapes in talha (clay vessel) and it is bottled after St. Martin's day after about 2.5 months of skin contact. Red fruits with some minerality, earthiness and herbal notes. Dry, refreshing with nice longer finish. Very good "pink" natural wine.
