A private dinner (Restaurant Superette, Ghent, Belgium) : Half bottle, bottled in the second week of April 2016. Apple cider colour, very light effervescence; juicy and delicately sweet aged Lambic, refreshing rather than acidic palate, apple and yeast flavours and a hint of wood; complete finish, good length.
