Bright lemon in glass. Sweet white flowers, touch oak, fresh brioche. Clean palate, mid-bodied acidity, lovely oiliness. Hints citrus peel, grapefruit pith. Clean, minerally, almost a little beeswax. I wouldn't be able to place this anywhere! What a unique expression and varietal. Eye-opening. Paired nicely with white chye-tau-kuay!
