Domaine Puig-Parahÿ, Passa with George Puig (mostly from demi-bouteille) : 1968 Vin Doux Naturel—Herbal liqueur and medicinal nose. Porcini and wild fruits. Much less sweet than others. Serve with mushroom risotto for fun.
