Not much on the nose. At all. Pretty Brett. Not much else. I’d say there’s a 70% this was corked, but it’s hard to say for sure. It’s right on the cusp.

High in VA, not enough to truly call it flawed but enough to withhold any true judgment. Still an enjoyable bottle, but considering it was framed within a tasting lineup, it didn’t hold up properly.

Ready to go now with some air. Dark fruit and floral, graphite on the nose. Palate is classic margaux. Elegant red and dark red fruits, refreshing acidity, elegant florals, leathery earth. Finish shows purple fruited minerality and earthy terroir. Really nice with solid complexity, a strong 90-91, drinks great now.

Last night, I opened another bottle. No fuss. Just pour and drink fast—before it’s gone, before it’s just a memory. Paired with filet & sauce au poivre. Blueberries, licorice. Thick and smooth, like oil. The oak fades away. I usually drink 2nd wines within 10years, but this is holding but not sure for how long. Better take it now.

from a .375, perhaps not worth the price tag but overall, this is still quite nice. impressive bouquet… floral, mineral, dark fruited, earthy. palate texture is a little watered down and lacks depth, but the flavour profile is decent, mineral-driven, some dark berry fruit in behind, tannins show themselves on the mildly bitter finish.

I like this, but not sure it’s worth the price. There are some grand vins in Bordeaux at the same price point that can fare much better—especially on the Right Bank. Funky Bretty nose. Burnt rubber, dark chocolate. Palate shows some age, complex red fruit with a clipped finish.

Flott vin rett fra flasken. Ble enda bedre etter halvtime i karaffel og fortsatte å levere utover kvelden. solbær og krydder i nesen. fyldig og rund i munnen, fin balansert syre mot bærsmakene fra solbær og kirsebær. Black fruit notes. Not very tannic. Think this is ready to drink now. Not enough tannins to justify holding on for a long time. A bit of a classic Margaux, in that it starts off bold, but then disappears. Had it with steaks and I enjoyed it. The Mrs thought that it was short on the palette and no grip.

Classic bordeaux nose, very tight out of the bottle. Decanted for 2 hours before the meal.--- filet w a horseradish cream reduction. It was mediocre 89-90 on day 1. Honestly really disappointed here. Writing from memory. 1.5hr decant. Interesting nose with deep black fruit, oak, some funk. But the palate was just a disappointment, really superficial fruit that was short to last with unbalanced high acidity and medium - tannin. Medium - body here. Just didn't have much of any flavor on the palate and really was not enjoyable, especially at the price. Makes me worry about their first wine, will be wary to spend 100+ on it. Update: …

Dark garnet in the glass, dark earthy fruit on the nose, but not highly expressive yet. Tastes young, with lively acidity, tannins very in check, light earth, leather, coffee, over dark cherry fruit. Some iron on the finish. Good, but I would let evolve for a while.
