Shirayuri Winery Akaike Maboroshi Yeast

Lovely and deep nose with hibiscus, saddle sweat and some jammy plums. Acidic and a bit harsh on the palate - has Norton qualities - though also pretty red fruit and some tea-like notes. Medium finish, more acids. Good in its own way, but also more curiosity.
