We opened this bottle with the sommelier at a local restaurant. We were interested in its state. Well it was alive and well. Yes, it was showing maturity and yes, it should have been consumed earlier but it was enjoyed by all. Ruby with hints of amber on the rim in the glass, Mature Cab fruit and hints of exotic wood on the nose and great on the palate. For sure drink now.
