Restrained aroma: red berries, cedar, dry herbs. Fresh acidity, short finish. Good value for money.

- Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of cedar and cloves. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black currant and fig with a medium body. Narrow texture with a short finish - Vinturi and decanted for 2 hours. Graphite nose.

Soft and fruit forward. No stems and 5-6 days on the skins. Left on it's lees as protection. Only sulfured (a touch) when racked off of it's lees and then, a touch, when bottled. Paolo also feels that natural yeasts are a bit of Russian Roulette (see Vietti). Also, natural yeasts constantly …

Tart cherry, orange peel, strong muddling spice on the finish. Tannins not remarkable. Medium-bodied, medium-high acidity expected of Corvina. Drinking sans food but would pair it with a spicy-sweet bbq.
