Domaine Tupinier-Bautista Mercurey 1er Cru Les Vellées Blanc

Nice white burg aromas on the nose, slight matchstick, roasted notes, yellow fruit, some vanilla but not overdone. A bit too ripe for me on the palate missing some more tension and freshness, also a bit too one dimensional, all in all not quite up there with the nice nose. In my view ready to drink. 16.5/20

Domaine Tupinier-Bautista aux Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Tonnellerie de Mercurey Rue de Rolline 71640 Mercurey) : Issu d’une surface de 25 ares....Environ 500 litres de produits en 2020! Joli gras, avec de la profondeur. Le vin est élégant, belle classe, minéral en finale, bonne longueur. Très bien.
