Perfectly fine given the price, lacks depth, green notes, some brioche. Good Acid, and structure.

Did not take proper notes. Wine is notable for being [as advertised] extra dry which nudges it a bit more in the direction of Champagne than most Prosecco. Still a different animal that has much larger bubbles and no mousse to speak of...but you do get some notes of biscuit and lees like you might find with Champagne

From a 375ml bottle. Medium bodied, dry, rather fruity, showing ripe citrus with a floral note and decent acidity. Nice bubbles and mousse. A very pleasant prosecco.

Apple, pear, some orange peel. Sweet but has decent acid to keep it fresh. Nicely mild.

Enjoyed in hot tub. A: Some brioche, light citrus T: Peach, citrus, toast Got this as part of our monthly wine club. It's perfectly okay and probably a touch over 'mimosa' prosecco, especially at the price point we paid, but it's nothing special. I wouldn't seek it out again.

Tasty Prosecco. A spicy ginger personality makes it feel alive and it's tamed by freshness and focused acidity. Lemongrass and lime notes feel clean and spicy and are punctuated by a hint of brook stones. Nice and pleasing.
