72% Petite Sirah, 19% Tannat, 9% Petit Verdot - this is a big, full-bodied, bold wine - exactly the way I like it! MCV holds their wines before releasing so this is drinkable now, but has enough structure and acidity to keep. Lots of blackberry and dark cherry fruit, some sage, lavender and leather. Really enjoying this! Must get more!

Simply put it is an excellent bottle of wine. Black currant with slightest trace of smokiness.
