Shooting Star (Jed Steele) Sparkling Shiraz

Interesting wine. It paired well with beef and was a little less heavy than a non-sparkling red. But I couldn't shake the impression that someone had simply poured Welch's grape juice into a red wine and carbonated it. I had a glass each night until it was gone and the thought stayed with me. It was interesting to taste a sparking red.
