McPherson Cellars Sangiovese

Another McPherson triumph! Produced from the oldest Sangiovese vines in Texas, by a winemaker who started working with the variety before others realized the grape's potential in the state, this wine is a refined version of the type. Great depth and commplexity. Well integrated French oak influence. Licorice and black cherry with spice and a bit of earthiness. Should age well for several years, although it is beautiful now.
