Sour to taste, sulphur to nose with the fizz of fruit on the turn. Yet, remarkably balanced and distinctly gewurztraminer (musk stick). My first foray into natural wine and truly enjoyable. (3).

GMs - Casual Fridays September 2017 : Funky, oats, gunflint, charcoal, musk lollies and pineapple. The palate alternates between sour and bitter characters. Poor length and depth. Needed some intervention.
