Greek Food and Wine Matching with Paloma Campbell from the Real Greek restaurant : From muscat of samos grapes that are slightly sun-dried. It has a big, floral, honeyed muscat nose. Rich and sweet on the palate and quite spicy. Nice and clean, with very good length. This worked very well indeed with some fabulous Baklava , rich in cardamon and clove spices, which cut the sweetness of the wine a little.

A lovely fresh clean nose. Quite intense and more concentrated than the previous wine. Very Good Indeed.
