The Grüner Veltliner 2024 from Allacher Vinum is a fresh, varietally typical white wine with a pastel yellow hue, fruity aroma, and a signature peppery note. On the palate, it’s smooth, lively, and well-balanced, featuring fine fruit and pleasant acidity. Aged in stainless steel with lees contact, it gains extra creaminess. Best enjoyed young, it’s histamine-tested, vegan-friendly, and contains reduced sulfites.
