Puissant et intense, belle matière! Des mures et des prunes avec des violettes. Un peu de viande et de la fumée aussi. Long et persistant en finale. Super bon et beaucoup de potentiel pour le futur ici.

Terrific primary syrah. Powerful with good acid. Red/blue fruit with some leather and smoke. Trace black and green olive. Wait 5 years and decant.

Utterly primal Syrah! Dark and powerful with the bloody, feral characteristics of Syrah. Amazing energy and intensity. Purely primary at this point but utterly in balance. Exceptional!

There was a good wine underneath all of the VA, but the volatile acidity gave this a distinct nailpolish flavor and it was borderline undrinkable. Hopefully just a bad bottle and not an indication of this producer / wine.
