Intense oak aromas to start but with coaxing in the glass really comes together and shows medium intensity. Needs time in the bottle to show its best.

Coravined. Faded rosy ruby color. Cherry, strawberry, and minerality. Smooth, dry palate, with very fine acidity. Firm, lower intensity tannins on the longish finish. This was simple and very Pinot-esque. The vines for this specific bottling are in sandy soil, which promotes fruit and diminishes tannic structure to some extent.
