Mitchell Katz Malbec

It’s not a stupendous example of a Malbec, but it’s what I might expect from this winery. It’s a rangy, rustic wine — I can’t discern Malbec character, but there are some off sour flavors that remind me of a sour beer. Might be good as a sangria base on a hot summer day, but borderline undrinkable as a dinner wine
