Wine & Dine with Rainer Schnaitmann and Ernst Triebaumer (Züblin Vineyard terrace, Stuttgart) : Needs lots of air. Modest nose with not much fruit, bone dry. It opens up over time and becomes a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc in the Loire valley style. Will certainly stay on this level for quite some time but won’t develop anymore.
