From a pristine bottle, out of a Bordeaux-style wooden 12-bottle case. This wine is from an era that has nothing to do with what is Merryvale today. Bill Harlan helped found Merryvale in 1983 and hired Bob Levy as winemaker. Robin Daniel Lail & Jon Lail were co‑founders/partners from the start.
