1 année plus tard et même note! Comme souvent dans les Grisons, le pinot est plutôt sur le côté calcaire avec un fruité un peu en retrait. 6 ans et en pleine forme.

Off restaurant list. Nose of dark and red fruit, vanilla and oak. Soft, polished tannins, nice mouth feel but only medium- complexity.

Notes from night two, as it was quite tight on night 1. Garnet in the glass, with nose of carnation, raspberries, and cedar. Medium acidity, medium tannins, mouthwatering red berries in the palate and sone minerals. Ending is long and lingering, with herbal notes, oak, and barrel spice to complement the nice raspberries. Overall a good Pinot Noir if a bit uninspiring. Better on night2 for sure. I liked the old World feel to it and overall elegance.

Excellent.

Cool climate, very Burg-lika pinot. Earhty with red berries, sour cherries, fresh acidity and good length.

Pop and pour, notes from 24 hrs open. On the nose: cool red fruit: soft pomegranate, cinnamon spice, strawberry. On the palate: lithe and elegant, soft herbs/stems, strawberry. Soft tannin on the finish, which is a touch short. Solid, but tightly coiled and very young.

My first bottle of the 2019 Passion. Wonderful delicate, weightless and so precise. Cool climate, a good contrast to last year which was warmer. Very pure aromas of raspberry, some green olives, spices, good underlying minerality. Needs a couple of years to develop, it will be worth the wait! Great
