Transparent golden hue bowl to rim. Apricot, oak, butter, citrus on the nose. Palate is tart apples, apricot spread, a bit of oak. Medium plus acidity.

I’ve enjoyed many bottles from this producer before, so hopefully this was just an aberration. Don’t think it was flawed either, just a very poor effort with notes of rotten lemon, flowers, and Swiss cheese dominating the palate. Barely drinkable if at all.
