Beautiful, bright yellow colour. A very interesting nose of oysters (!), saltiness of the sea, orange rind. Lush fruity complexity, in the beginning a bit mish-mash of everything, but calmed down with air. Medium+ viscozity, candied orange, citrus notes, on the finish there is some grapefruit bitterness. Quite light body, elegant, not simple at all. (B+)
