Medium yellow in color. Nice developed hazelnut, honey, rich tropical fruit, orange zest. Still some nice lemon acidity and minerality. Long finish.

No real notes. Second course for NYE dinner with seared sea bass in a champagne tarragon cream sauce. All I can say is everyone loved the full bodied texture and flavors of this wine with the bass. Having too much fun to take serious notes, so very sorry. Great wine however. I will try to make it up to you since there is about a 1/4 of the bottle left from last night.
