The wine looks Crimson colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Blackberry, Red Currant, Meaty. It tastes like Blackberry, and Plum. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Leathery texture. The wine finishes Medium. Thank you, tasting note assistant, for making me look lazy to my fellow wine enthusiasts! My last bottle of 04 looking forward to 08's

I found this in the cellar and opened it 30 mins before I was expecting to drink it, but was prepared that it would be old and would need discarding. To my delight this was delicious, with dense colour and strong dark fruit flavors. Smooth, light tanins and a good finish. Better than it was a couple of years ago.

Opened about an hour before drinking. Still fairly tannic, but reasonably well balanced. Muted nose. Lots of blueberries on the palate. Medium body and a very good finish. Incredible value.

Very nice full bodied wine. It is aging well and the tannins are still hanging in there!

This has matured very well over the years. Still lots of blackberry and cherry. Tannins almost gone now. Great QPR. I'm not sorry to have 3 left of this one.

Still holding up nicely, 8 years later. Spice is muted in favor of a muted leather taste. Dark & inky with blackberry and dark cherry flavors. Exceptional value given the price.

My previous note: Dark inky purple and ruby. Smoke, wood, and cherry on the nose. Soft entry, rich dark fruit, very fine tannins, Almost all gone. Gentle acid with a lingering smoky finish mixed with dried cherry. Nice. Well aged. Wel, it's shed even more tannins, making it a touch softer than before, time to drink up..

A good drink still for mid-week self-indulgence. Nice fruit and very smooth now.

Tough to evaluate. Opened about 1/2 hour before tasting. Extremely tight, tannic, and closed, so I poured the rest through an aerator. It helped a lot, but not quite enough. Nice dark fruit and a strong finish. I THINK it will turn into something pretty nice in another couple years (or now, if decanted at least an hour ahead of time).

Spicy aroma, deep red with medium legs, long on the palate with a spicy finish.

Mooie diep donkere kleur met nog weinig verkleuring. Na 7 jaar overheerst in de neus kersen en donker fruit. Mooie zachte tannis en en mooie zuren goed geïntegreerd.Hele mooie wijn voor deze prijs.

Very smooth with a bit of spice on the finish. Last one of 6 of these and it got smoother with each bottle. Very nice

Very nice. Still had plenty of tannin. Lots of sediment. Good fruit. Wish I had bought more

Deep and complex (certainly as compared to the non-reserve).

Enjoyed this. Drunk blind. The table was enthusiastic about it, some surprised (or horrified) when it was revealed to be Jacob's Creek. Lovely plum and berry nose, soft tannins, medium bodied, well balanced finish. Drink now. Very high QPR.

Delicious and well integrated now. This still can cellar for years, but if you have multiples drink one. Excellent QPR.

Wow, I really seem to vary from others on this. I found this wine complex and interesting for a shiraz. plum and anise flavors.

I really liked this. Strong cherry or black cherry flavor, although the label says to expect intense ripe plum flavors. I'd buy this again.
