Pale lemon colour. Medium and youthful nose with green apples, lime, nettle and gooseberry leaves. Medium (-) taste of green apples, lime, gooseberry leaves, wet stone and flint. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A good Pouilly-Fumé. Drink now. Goes well with fish or shellfish.
